OEM & ODM sock manufacturing

Bring us your design or bring us nothing but an idea. Either way you get a physical sample in your hands before you commit to bulk production — and a minimum order from 50 pairs, so testing a style does not have to be expensive.

Two ways to work with us

OEM or ODM — your choice

Both routes end at the same place: your brand on a sock, produced to your specification.

OEM — you bring the design

You send a tech pack, a reference sample, a drawing or even a clear photo with notes. We reproduce it: yarn, gauge, size, colour, rib, jacquard, labels and packaging.

  • Best when you already sell socks and want your own spec
  • We match construction, hand-feel and measurements
  • Counter-samples submitted for your approval before bulk

ODM — you pick from our designs

Choose one of our existing constructions, then we change the colour, yarn, size, logo and packaging to make it yours. Fastest way to launch a sock range from zero.

  • Best for new sock ranges and first-time buyers
  • Lower development cost and shorter lead time
  • Your branding applied throughout — nothing generic ships
The process

How an order with us runs

Clear at every stage. You always know what happens next and what it costs.

Enquiry & specification

Send your reference sample, tech pack or written spec. If you do not have one, tell us the look you want and we will propose a construction.

Quotation

We quote per pair or per order, with the minimum quantity for that specific style. Multi-colour and multi-size splits are quoted together.

Sampling

A counter-sample is knitted and shipped to you. Turnaround is usually 3–5 days; sample cost depends on the yarn and construction and is confirmed by email with your quotation.

Sample approval & confirmation

You check yarn, colour, gauge, fit, size and packaging. We revise until it is right, then confirm the bulk order and deposit.

Bulk production

Knitting, linking, dyeing, boarding, trimming and packing against the approved sample. Production lead time is confirmed with your quotation.

Inspection, packing & shipment

Quantity, measurement and packing check, cartons marked to your instruction, then shipped via your forwarder or one we can recommend.

Getting started

What to send us

You do not need all of this to start — a photo and a rough idea is enough for a first conversation. It just speeds things up.

  • DesignReference sample, tech pack, drawing, or a photo with notes
  • MaterialsYarn or fibre preference, and the hand-feel you are after
  • ColourPantone references, or physical colour swatches
  • SizeYour size chart, or tell us the market and we will suggest one
  • BrandingLogo files, label and hang-tag artwork, barcode
  • QuantityRough order target and how you want it split by colour and size

Minimum order

50 pairs. That is genuinely the floor.

Most factories will not talk to you below a few thousand pairs. We will, because testing a style with real customers should not require a container.

Trial run

50 pairs per colourway to test a design, a colour or a market before scaling.

Mixed order

Combine several styles, colours and sizes in one order to build a full range.

Repeat order

Your yarn and specification stay on file, so reordering a proven style is fast.

Start with a sample.

Send us your design or ask us to make a counter-sample. You only commit to bulk once you have approved the physical product.
