Our factory

A sock knitting workshop in Datang, Zhuji, working inside the largest sock manufacturing cluster in China — which is what makes small runs, multi-colour orders and fast reorders practical rather than theoretical.

Inside the workshop

Knitting under our own roof, finishing with partners we trust

Sock production is a chain, not a single machine. We knit in-house and work with long-standing local partners for dyeing, boarding and specialist finishing — a model common across Datang, and one that lets a small factory offer the same range as a much bigger one without pretending to own equipment it does not.

Every order — however small — is tracked against an approved sample. If something does not match what you signed off, it does not ship.

In-house circular sock knitting across a range of gauges, from coarse winter constructions to fine fashion and sheer lines.

Hand-linked and machine-linked toes, trimming and turning. Linked seams are matched to the construction of each style.

Dyeing & colour

Yarn-dyed and piece-dyed options through vetted local dyehouses, matched to Pantone or physical swatches.

Boarding & heat setting

Steam boarding to set the final shape and size of each sock, so what you approve is what arrives in the carton.

Partner finisher

Labels & packaging

Woven and printed labels, hang tags, header cards, gift boxes, polybags and retail-ready multi-pair sets.

Commercial invoice, packing list, carton marks and 13% VAT special invoice — set up for your forwarder and rebate claim.

Quality control

How we keep the shipment honest

Small orders get the same discipline as large ones. The checks below run on every order we ship.

Yarn & material check

Incoming yarn is checked against the approved sample before knitting starts — fibre, count and colour lot.

First-off approval

The first sock off the machine is compared with the approved sample. Production only continues once it matches.

In-line inspection

Checks during knitting and linking for dropped stitches, needle lines, colour deviation and linking faults.

Measurement & size check

Post-boarding measurement against your size chart and stated tolerances.

Final random inspection

Packed cartons are sampled for quantity, pairing, labelling, folding and carton marks before dispatch.

Photo record

We photograph bulk goods and packing before shipment, so you can see the order before it leaves Zhuji.

Certificates are issued per product and per material, so we confirm them in writing for the order you are placing rather than publishing general claims here.
