How an order runs

From your idea to a shipped carton

Five steps, no surprises. You approve a sample before anything goes into bulk production.

Tell us what you want

Send a reference sample, a photo, a design file or just a description with the colours and sizes you have in mind.

Quotation & sampling

We come back with pricing and a lead time. Approved designs move straight into sampling so you can hold the product.

Sample approval

Check yarn, gauge, fit, colour and packaging. We adjust until it is right — that is the whole point of sampling.

Bulk production

Knitting, linking, dyeing, boarding and packing run against the approved specification and your carton marks.

Inspection & delivery

Final check on quantity, measurements and packing, then dispatch through your forwarder or ours.

Note for first orders: sampling protects both sides. Nothing enters bulk production until you sign off a physical sample.

Datang, Zhuji — the town that makes China's socks

Zhuji's Datang subdistrict is the largest sock manufacturing cluster in the country. Every part of the chain — yarn spinners, knitters, dyehouses, boarding and packaging — sits within a few kilometres of our floor, which is why small runs and fast reorders are realistic here and not in most other places.

We handle the knitting ourselves and work with vetted local partners for dyeing, finishing and boarding, so we can take on multi-colour, multi-material orders without you having to coordinate four different suppliers.
